I laughed at this, but it kinda sucks because I know what it's like to find other vehicles in your parking spot and no open spots on your entire block. o.o

Scranton and their ridiculously expensive parking meters (25 cents for 15 minutes) - fail.

For fifteen minutes. Who thought people would pay so much for parking? I'm not surprised they haven't made any money.

Manhattan, NYC. 50 cents = 15 minutes (some places even more), but even so all the parking meter spots are filled up. :c I'll agree 25 cents for 15 min is a lot for a place that just started using parking meters though.

parking meters are horrible things, anyway. i'd rather walk 10 blocks then park next to one of those money suckers.
