You get the item if you spend the sp(8mil) and you can also get it with th $5.

It's the same item, whether you buy it from the Cash Shop or from a user with sP. So, yes, a 1 month GA Medal will give you one month of a Gold Account.

Well..what I do is commissions like drawing for other people or making graphics for sp. People also do Wizard quests and such. Depends what you like more of. :B
