What a pain in the butt. 3 quests in and Saggi asks me for two items then says I don't have them. This has happened twice before with the Wizard. Has anyone else been having this issue with this quest or any others?

This happens to me when I click to fast on the complete quest button and my purchases haven't gone all the way through. If you get it just go back and try to click 'I have the items!' (or whatever it says) again and see if it works.
