I've got 80 out of 100 items in there atm, and I need to clear it up. It's a rather daunting task to put away every item one by one... ;3;

There is a quickstock feature

Commerce > Your Shops > (qs)

There's a quickstock option in your shop. It'll be up in the links at the top of any of your shop pages.
