I'm not going to be playing for a long time and I was wondering if I freeze my account and decide to come back in say a year will my account still be there? With everything as I left it? or will it be deleted

Normally, they will only delete frozen accounts around a year old. So you could self freeze, come back in say, 6 months to reactivate your account. Then freeze again, and you're good again. :)
