I've been restocking, but I'm not earning any points. I realize some of them may not be R+45, but my question was this:

If I'm on Nico's team and I restock from the Trading Card Center (Manwar's shop), can I earn points?

you earn points from any shop. Manwar people have been rsing in bits and bytes.

cause you're not rsing items r45+. subetalodge has a list.

You probably haven't been getting a high enough rarity.
