I just logged on for the first time in a few weeks and noticed a number of new achievements (ring toss, mallarchy, etc.). Are these still obtainable and, if so, where do I go? Thanks!

Yes, they're still available. You can play them here. It's the blue and purple tent next to Delphi on the Subeta map.
