In the Battle Coliseum there is a tab that says "Spend Exp". It will show you the totals you have for each pet and you can spend them on level, str, def, speed or hp on the pet.

Go to Games > Battle Colosseum. Then across the top of that page, under the Subeta navigation links, is Spend Exp.
