Where do i go, to find the layout code i used for my profile?

Im a tad bit confused sinces the new introduction of this new naviagtion system D;

Personal tab > site preferences > Email

Just a reminder, always put your layout there and never in a blank section, because then you can get stuck in your profile and have to reset it. :)
