There was this cake that appeared in me inventory (no, it's not a Random Cake, it's just random that it was there is all) that no one sent me and I didn't get an event telling me I got one.

Solved: Was from a Lizard Minion event.

It would be best to file a ticket for this, although it was probably a RE you missed.
