I adopted Reona from the Pound last night.

My question is whether or not I can use it, or if it would be considered plagiarism?

i would say yes. using someone's work as your own is in rather poor taste.

I'd say its best to try and make a board trying to find out who pounded her and see if its OK? Its probably best to ask staff in this case otherwise X:

No you can't use it. That was someone else's work, and leaving it up like it's your own is plagiarism. Try finding out who the previous owner was and see if they will let you use it if you leave credit.

I did a quick google search using "Subeta Reona" and found THIS topic dated the 19th of August. Try asking if she pounded Reona or adopted her out.
