How often does the Token Shop restock? Is there a specific date, day or time it restocks? Or is it just random?

Whenever staff decides to restock it. Usually it'll either be a potion restock, like the current one; or they'll release a new item, and then it'll restock that item a couple more times in the next day or so.

So there is absolutely no way of guessing or telling? And the entire Token Shop does not restock at that time? Only selected items?

Nope, no way to tell. And no, as far as I know, it never fully restocks. If it's a new item, only that item will restock. If it's a potion restock, only the potions restock.
