Is it possible to receive cash shop items from quests?

It sort of depends what the item is. If its something really rare then probably no, its its not in shops probably no but the wizard randomly gives out potions so thats possible, but costume trunks probably no. The only way is if your really really lucky.

I'm 95% sure you shouldn't get Cash Shop items at all from any quest. I'd file a ticket if I were you.

Yeah what said you should file a ticket because that isn't right.

I know that they've already answered no to this but the only logic I can possibly see behind it is possibly because it shows no rarity and maybe thats what caused it. Not saying thats 100% but is a possible possibility? Its just my guess though so not accurate more then likely
