Hello, I was wondering, if I open April 2009 Collection or similar kind of box, will it let me choose the item or is it a lottery?

if im not mistaken, it gives you one item of your choice from the box. c:

You choose from Collections, but from Donation Presents, it's random.

They don't do Donation Presents anymore, since they switched to Collections a couple years ago.
