Where do I go after I get all the pieces? I am very confused XD

Have the pieces in your inventory, and then go to Games > Treasure Maps > Omen Islands. It might take a few minutes before you can access the island.

You can get pieces through random events or buy them from user shops. It can get very pricey though.
