I usually get mine within a few seconds after it clears.

My CSC usually arrives like.. 5 minutes later? When I buy via Paypal. Actually it's usually instantly. o.o

It says it was cleared, but I still haven't gotten them. o3o

I'd say file a ticket. I think you're supposed to get them right away if you pay via paypal? Or if it only cleared today wait a couple days then file a ticket.
