They're dressed up for Morostide, which is a holiday that's coming up later this week. You can read a bit about it here.

all the npcs changed over for morostide which is subetas version of halloween, its supposed to start on the 15th.

Actually, on Morotoside you can 'Trick' or you can 'Treat' on users profiles. The members above must have thought you were referring to today and not Morotoside in general. There is no such thing as nothing on a Subetan holdiay. c:

There's a pumpkin patch as well that you can visit every few hours. You can find all sorts of goodies in there, from toys to clothes to minions... and, of course, pumpkins. :P

I love this time of year. Dressing up in costume is fun. I can hardly wait for everything to get started.
