Use them to get some CSC (from 1 - 14 is the highest I've seen someone post, probably higher though) or a CS item (one of the cheaper ones like the 50 credit shirts).

Or you can sell/trade/giveaway as normal as far as I know.

I have been on this site for almost 2 years and never found a raffle ticket yet. I am really hoping one day will be my turn.

i used my two and got shoes worth 300k and 13 csc (yeah one-three)

They've only been around for about a month, your two years doesn't really play a part
