I might be moving to Oropi soon, and having lived in Texas my whole life, I'd really like someone who's been/lived in New Zealand to tell me a bit about life there.

I live there now and will until the end of November. I live in Dunedin (on the South Island, a long ways away from Oropi). Been here for a few months going to Uni. It's gorgeous. I've found that kiwis are kinda hard to become good friends with, I don't know why? It might just be the Uni scene in Dunedin. Other than that idk. It's great lol. When will you be here?

Having been sheltered over here in the USA I haven't a clue what to expect. cx But it doesn't sound as different as I had imagined! Hopefully by October! But nothing is really set in stone yet. I applied for a job working with an organization to do graphic design and build websites and stuff.

That's great!! And hopefully that will be good. I live in a Uni town whic might be the reason people are sort of off putting. I am traveling around this week and have found that outside of the Uni cities people are way nicer :P

Hahaha, i hope so! I just don't deal well with people who aren't nice. XP

It's not that they aren't ice it's more like they're just.. standoffish? XD
