How do i get more? i remember it being from a magical plushie in the past but now i cant see it in the cash shop?

The plushies were discontinued, instead you can buy slots directly from Your Pets page for 2000 CSC.

You can use Loyalty Boxes too. Just make sure you have a GA activated.

So, can we have an unlimited number of pet slots as long as we have the CSC? Or is there a finite number of slots available to a person?

you are limited to twenty pets with purchased slots, but may have unlimited loyalty slots.
