Has anyone else had this problem? Someone tried to trick or treat on my profile and I don't have a section with any of the icons???

It's one of the profile sections you can add. They show up above the mail user buttons. I believe it's called "options".

Go to Edit Profile Click 'Add Content' Choose 'Options'
