I've found over 50 pumpkins, but I've only gotten the achievement for finding 10... should I file a ticket, or is there not an achievement between 10 and 50?

No problem :) I was also surprised there weren't more tiers. I think with the pumpkin eating and deletion achievements there are plenty though. Maybe they'll release more tiers for this one next year.
