is offering 400 million, that seems like a pretty reasonable price to me, but you should get other opinions too before deciding on such a big sale. Congrats on beating IH, you're scary good :)

I'm asking for 500 mill for mine, because there aren't any others about for sale (that I can see on forums, trades, ect) and they're really difficult to obtain.

and people could be asking 800m for theirs, that wouldn't mean that's what the price is
