They have not yet done so. I'm assuming there will be a news update when the voting starts. Also, due to technical issues, or because someone forgot, they may not start voting today. Its variable even when a date is set. Just keep an eye on the news.

i'm sure they'll update the news when it happens, like with the epicon voting.
