my pet is stuck in battle. the last person he battled was Dean. going to the status menu does not fix this issue. and Dean is no longer on the battle list.

If you pet is happy, fed and has hit points, then the only thing I can suggest is to submit a ticket. Hopefully staff will be able to get your pet unstuck for you. You can submit a ticket by clicking the "contact us" link at the bottom of most pages.
