My friend's account hasn't been used in about a year or two, and has become frozen. How do you undo this? Can you undo it? I would like some help, if anyone can.

Your friend needs to log on to their account and file a ticket.

If it's been purged (deleted) already there is nothing they can do.

...If it hasn't been used in that long, it probably doesn't exist anymore. Accounts get cleared if they're inactive for over a year.

Well it says it will be cleared in 7 months time. The problem is her password won't log her in. I'm just trying to help her out, seeing as there is no room for new accounts to be made. But it seems pretty impossible for this problem to be resolved.

If she doesn't remember the correct password, she can use the password retrieval tool to have it sent to her email.
