I believe it's safer to use than what the old offer partner was. That's what Keith stated in the news post about it.

Meh, all these offers are pretty sketch to me.

I tried doing one and it wanted my cell phone number. I am not giving that out to any one I don't know, especially a place that could sell it and make my life hell.
