They were from the Freyalise Trading Co., I believe.

They're seasonal Keelhauliday items, so they're only released during a ten-day period once each year. I'm pretty sure they were created this year too, so there really aren't that many in circulation.

To follow up, that shop was only open for around a week...hence why they're so expensive. ^_^;
