They can't be zapped away right? Because someone told me that the zappers can get locked items :P

I know there's a disclaimer but people have been telling me that zappers get the items anyway and that staff won't get the object back. Just looking for some real clarification here :)

I have 4 items locked in my inventory and when the zapper missed and goes for an item it always says that I luckily didn't have an item on hand. Locking prevents item from getting zapped, Quickstocked or stolen.

Locking items prevents them from being zapped or stolen. If you look at the bottom of the page in your inventory you'll see
