There's no Rising Sparks Body Paint in the shops or trades. Anyone know what to price it at?

When I saw it in shops, it was a little over 2 mill.

Actually just bought this the other day for 3m. :P I think 3-4m is a reasonable range since it's a chance bag item that isn't terribly common.
