On subetalodge there doesn't seem to be any alternative method of getting the item so I would assume no, maybe someone else who knows more can help.

I think that's the only way now, as it was an item from the Advent Calendar (what is now Melody's Cottage) back in 2007.

it's an old advent prize (2007), so there is no other way to get one except user shops, sorry :(
