My friend joined subeta and tried to use me a a referral, but she put the wrong name, is there anyway to fix it so I get credit for referring her?

I would file a ticket and ask if it can be changed, and what your friend needs to do to get it changed if so. I'd be a little surprised if they change it, but they might and asking doesn't really hurt.
