Zapper v2 removed ACCIDENTLY!

I am freaking out right now!
My problem: Till 5minutes ago I had the Jelly skin from the Zapper v2 (the blue one which looks like an experiment pet). It's still from the time it was released. But I went to the healer to heal all my pets, but my mouse is a bit broken, and it seems like I used the button to cure myself.
My question: Is there a way to get it back? I am a zombie and I don't want to cure it. But what I (think to) know is that I can't get a zapper skin anymore when I am a zombie. At least it was disscused when it was realeased the first time, that this was the only time (more or less a bug)
So WHAT DO I DO???? Is there a way to get it back???? Please help me and make me incredibly happy, please :)
PS: Why is there no question asking me: Do you REALLY want to be cured?
You could try to make a ticket but I wouldn't put too much hope into it, I heard staff usually doesn't fix a user's misclick or something like that.
The exact same thing happened to me, too by the way (after spending years and thousands of tokens to get my desired skin, hooray) but I didn't bother with a ticket and just moved on. Sucks but what can you do. shrugs
Thank you! Now I don't know what to do. Try to fill out a ticket or not... My problem is that I won't be able to get a skin again... on the other hand, it was my own fault... at least a bit /stupid mouse/
You can always make a ticket about it. As said, there's no promise that staff'll fix it.
I'm pretty sure you can still zap yourself next Morostide if it is available. I'm a Deerskin (from the previous year) but there were still people zapping this year that were zombies.
Why won't you be able to get a skin again? I'm not sure if zombies can still zap themselves but the skins should make a return on Morostide.
Should you decide to make a ticket (in the end the worst that can happen is that staff says no) I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! It would also be great if you could ping me back here or comment me once you've got an answer, I'd like to know how staff decides.

However, , despite staff saying zombies wouldn't be able to zap again, they have been able to zap again in every instance the zapper has been reopened. (I changed my skin this Morostide, and I had changed it on the cruise event too.) I'm afraid you'll have a good 10 month wait there, but it's very likely you will be able to get something else come Morostide c:
Really? That would be great! I just heard that rumor that it was an accident that the zapper worked for zombies. But it seems is confirming that it still is possible for zombies :)

I think I will fill out a ticket. The worst would be that they say no and that a zombie can't get zapped next time. But that's life I guess... filling out a ticket now
It might be worth adding a suggestion in the Suggestion forums for adding a confirmation on that particular area, especially since losing a skin like that is a pretty big deal.

You're welcome c: Yes, Keith claimed it was an accident, but the accident hasn't been fixed yet and I don't know / don't think they're actively looking into fixing it right now xD lets hope never Good luck with the ticket! As far as I know, all of the skins are offered when users are able to zap. I know they were last time, so I assume that will be the case next time, so hopefully I'm right in assuming such, haha. It doesn't matter if you're a zombie. They had originally planned on fixing it so zombies can't zap, but I believe they changed their minds. I zapped my avatar the year before last and the year before that and had no problems, and I'm still a zombie under my zapper skin. And you're very welcome!

Haha yay! It's great to know they've 'given up' on 'fixing' that XD Maybe it has some relation with the fact that zombies aren't a yearly thing anymore, but anyway it's awesome 8D (and she's totally right about old skins still being on the zapper "pool", sadly this means the odds of getting a specific skin have been reduced - as there's more skins every year - but if you want to go for the same one you had, it'll be there xD)
