Frosty Claw, but the chances are pretty dismal

snowballs are way too expensive and I ran out of my stash :(

Frosty claw in Arctic Frost but good luck on vending them. I had no luck when I was trying for them.

The Frosty Claw vends snowballs. I vended 330 tokens yesterday and got... one.. single snowball. :(

The prices of snowballs was dropped once already this Luminaire, they will probably do it again. Keep your eyes peeled.
