This makes me feel really stupid, but, how do you change gender / interests / online status?

Under site preferences in the 'personal' tab :) Oh, it's under 'email' by the way XD

Site Preferences, Email (oddly enough) for gender

Site Preferences, Options for Account Stealth (Online Status)

And I believe interests is an option under Profile, Edit Profile, Add Content
