I almost have enough sPs to buy a spectrum potion but I can not choose between a Spectrum Archan and Spectrum Celinox.

Which of those 2 fits the best by the name Cliv?

Hmm hard decision. They are both so nice. But I would go with Archan with that name! Cliv the Spectrum Archan. Plus if that was your first desire you might regret not getting one?
