My friend used to play Subeta a while back, but she was inactive and her account was erased. (Her account was deleted a while ago, not in the latest clearing.) She wants to play again, so should she make a new account or try to get her old one back?

If it's been purged there is no way they can get it back. Your friend would have to make a new account.

I'm pretty sure unless it's an accidental deletion she's going to have to make a new account.
