I was just wondering if it's possible to mass add items to your wishlist? Basically I'm trying to add all remaining items from my collections (beanbags, plushies, trading cards, books read). Is there some kind of option somewhere on or off the site where I can do this? Perhaps on Subetalodge?

Yes, Subetalodge has an option. If your lists there are up to date, go to Account > My collections > Click here to see your full _____ collection > Items you need At the very top of the page is "add all to wishlist" with a warning that it might take awhile to load. Example, since I don't know how good you are at navigating Subetalodge or how clear my instructions are, this is the page you need (this one is beanbag collection)
