okay...how does the Reward Tool work now? i try to use it but it doesn't really work or seem to move:/

It moves for me, I didn't try it but I think its just for surveys and quizzes. You get CSC for doing them.

should i file a ticket or send them an email of it? since mine looks frozen>.>
