What are all the titles you can get? Is there a complete list? And what do some of these entail?

All titles are gotten by completing the achivement it goes with. While it's a little outdated, a good list is here: http://www.subeta.net/forums/view/575592 they can be found by looking aorund in your achievement lists, however.
