Are they vendable? If so..where do they vend at?

I don't see anything about it on 's vending guide, but she might not have updated it recently. Anyway, she's, like, the vending queen, so I'm sure she'll know for sure. ^_^

So far I've only seen items that have keywords vend, so you'll be able to vend the blue and purple colored pencils at Celebration Gift, the blue one at OD, and the green on at Dragons Hoard.
