A friend of mine in Germany made an account but she never used it. It's been more than a year and I asked her to try to make one again ;) maybe see if she'd like it. But I told her I'd check on the rules first.

So...does she need to file a ticket if her old account is wiped or can she just make on?

If she wants to make sure that her old account no longer exists before she goes ahead and makes a new one, she can email .net">support.net and they will check it out for her. :)
