It's a stat booster, which we've kinda been eating up in the BC for around 9-10M each since it raises 1-10 of every stat except level. Not a bad profit for a free item if you're selling :)

Yeah, I just joined yesterday, and I sold mine for 9m :) Not bad indeed for a free item ^_^
