Do you still receive bobbleheads when you purchase CSC?

I bought some today (and spent it) and didn't receive one... I was just wondering.

You receive a bobblehead with every purchase from the Cash Shop, minus Credit Gift Cards since that would result in an infinite amount of bobbleheads.

Well thanks for clearing that up for me. I had no idea. xP
