hi guys, i was just wondering if there is a way to add permanent layers to your wardrobe. I know there is the ooh la layers, but i think its temporary, so can you guys help me out?

There is no permanent way, other than using the Ooh La La Layers each month.

You can also get +1 to every layer by using a Gold Account, but I'm afraid that there's no permanent items.
