Um. Is this just a problem for me or can we now not use forum group pings at all (hash tags) in the advertising form?

This is pretty stupid, if it isn't just something i'm screwing up haha that's why I'm asking before I make a feedback board ;)

They did it because people were spam pinging groups and it's annoying, I think.

You can still ping lists of people if you want.

We haven't been able to ping forum groups in advertising forums for a long time. I believe they disabled it because users requested for it to be changed due to abuse.

Well it'd damned stupid. Time for a feedback board then! Group owners should moderate their members instead of disabling a feature people use responsibility T___T
