I don't know any Anime's that are entirely sweet or violence free like the one you mentioned seems to be, but Comic Party and Happy Lesson are both good with no violence. They aren't ultra sweet or anything, though.

Ouran High School Acadamy is HILARIOUS, sweet, and nonviolent.
