I just got a from the Ocean's Depth vending machine. It is not blue, water, or hydrus and it is not wearable.

I'm wondering if I'm missing something? Does OD ever give out random stuff?

OD gives out pretty much anything and everything. Well, of course not cash shop items or SBTQ stuff. Well, it does vend old DPs. Hahaha, in other words, yes, random stuff.
