Yeah, so I've been trying to buy CSC using my mobile phone, but it just keeps saying there's an error. It usually works just fine, but all of a sudden it's not and it's frustrating me because I want to have CSC when next month's items come out in the Cash Shop. T^T

You'll have to contact the support team of whatever company you're going through for the purchase (PayByCash, etc.) They process the transactions.

Sounds like their site may just be having some problems, then. You might consider waiting a while and then trying again.
