I sold an item in my shop for 1000000 sP and someone bought it, but it isn't showing up in my currency? Is it a glitch or what is going on?

It should be in your shop till, not your onhand currency. :)

Oh how do I get that? Its the first time I've had a shop.

Look at the navigation menu tabs toward the top of the page:

Go to Commerce > Your Shops > [click shop name] > Profits

From there, you can choose to take the sP out of your shop and carry it onhand by clicking the "Collect ___ sP" button.

Do keep in mind that you can get achievements from keeping a certain amount of sP in your shop till though :)

Also, you can alert people to the forums like I did for you by putting an @ in front of their username.
